· $ 50 condominium fees
· 1 month guaranty deposit
· Maid service ( departure day )

Reservation and cancellation policy:
· 50 % should be paid in advance to reserve the apartment (by check , money order or bank transfer).
· the amount due should be paid at the arrival day.

Cancellations:
· 30 days prior to the arrival: no penalty.
· Within 30 days prior to the arrival: there is a charge of 50% (advance payment) as now show.
